TASTING NOTES

Pale Straw: The bouquet had lifted white peach, almond meal nougat, elderflower, citrus rind with hints of savoury flint and sweet spice.

PALATE

The palate is rich and luscious with flavours of grapefruit, citrus, burst of white nectarine, honeydew and a long intense smokiness on the back palate leading to a soft lingering crunchy acidity that draws out the flavours giving great length.
