TASTING NOTES

Intense deep red in colour. The bouquet has the classical red berries of black current and blueberry with underlying bay leaf, anise and black kalamata olives, as well as French vanilla biscuit characters.

PALATE

Deliciously sweet fruit leads to the medium to full weighted palate with fine silky tannins. A subtle texture with flavours of black current, mulberry and plum fruit followed by hints of licorice and chocolate ending with splashes of toasted spicey oak.
