TASTING NOTES

The colour is pale straw. The bouquet has the classical lifted Sauvignon Blanc botanicals of cut grass, green melon, lychees and lemon pith curd from the 10 months in oak barrels and the biweekly stirring.

PALATE

The palate is medium to full bodied with a silky texture that follows barrel fermentation and storage on yeast lees. The palate displays guava, tropical fruits and white stone fruit. The natural acidity allows the flavours to be drawn out with a delicious lemon minerality giving subtle support to the long and intense finish.
