TASTING NOTES

 The colour is pale to medium straw. This classical Italian varietal displays a subtle bouquet of lemon and lime sherbet, green pear, bubble gum and nasturtium flowers.

PALATE

 The palate is finely textured to begin, with layers and the structure forming through the mid palate which is soft and approachable with a minerality on the finish. The palate displays Granny Smith apples, green pear, lemon with hints of honey, great for Asian and Mediterranean dining.
